1. Definitions
- Software — the Domainer Engine source code, assets, documentation, and all associated files.
- End Product — a single live website built using the Software, owned and operated by you.
- Regular License — a single-site license as described in Section 2.
- Extended License — a custom license for multi-site or agency use, available by arrangement (see Section 8).
2. Regular License — what you can do
With a Regular License you may:- Install and operate the Software on one (1) domain or server instance.
- Modify the Software to suit the needs of that single End Product.
- Use the End Product for personal or commercial purposes — your own domain portfolio or marketplace website.
3. Restrictions — what you cannot do
- Use the Software on more than one domain or server under a Regular License.
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the Software or any modified version to any third party.
- Offer the Software (or a derivative) as a standalone product, SaaS platform, or downloadable template for others.
- Claim authorship of the Software or represent it as your own product.
- Upload the Software to a public repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.) or any publicly accessible storage. A private repository is permitted.
- Publish the source code as open-source under any license.
- Remove or alter copyright notices in the source code.
4. Attribution
Attribution in the public UI is optional — you may remove the “Powered by Domainer Engine” notice from the footer without restriction. You may not falsely claim that you built or own the Software, nor use my name or brand to endorse your services without prior written consent.5. Updates
You receive lifetime access to all future updates — new features, bug fixes, and security patches — at no additional charge. Apply security-related updates promptly.6. Support

The Software and all of its components remain my exclusive intellectual property. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership of any kind.8. Extended License
The Regular License covers a single installation for your own use. If you need something different, contact me:Multi-site

Agency
Deploy for clients under your own brand.
White-label
Remove all product branding and resell to clients.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hosting environments or third-party services.10. Limitation of Liability
My total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.11. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately and you must delete all copies in your possession.© 2026 Domainer Engine. All rights reserved.
