Go to Transactions → Inquiries in the admin panel. Inquiries are messages submitted by visitors through the Inquiry Form on a domain page. They are used for general questions, price requests, and interest expressions — as opposed to Offers, which include a specific price.

How inquiries arrive

When a visitor fills in and submits the inquiry form on a domain page, a new record is created in the Inquiries collection. You receive a notification immediately — by email (via Resend) and/or Telegram, depending on your Notification Settings. The inquiry form has a spam guard: if the hidden honeypot field is filled (by bots), the submission is silently rejected and no record is created.

Status flow

Update the status manually as you handle each inquiry: There is no built-in reply mechanism — replies are sent directly from your email client to the buyer’s address. Update the status in the admin to keep track of where each inquiry stands.

Replying to an inquiry

Open the inquiry record and copy the Buyer Email. Compose your reply in your normal email client. Once sent, set the status to Replied (or Countered if you included a price offer) and save.
If a visitor is asking about price for a domain with no price set, their inquiry will show Subject: Request Price. This is a good signal to follow up with a quote.
